How do I contact a member of staff?

You can contact staff members currently playing on the same game server you are on by using our admin report system by pressing F1 or typing !help to contact a staff member, if nothing happens after trying both of these you can use the “@” symbol space your message and that message will be sent to all staff members currently online. You can also chat with staff on the forum or you can join our community Teamspeak 3 server and get into contact with staff there using the following server address: “ts.vlrpgaming.co.uk” or click here to join now.

 

How do I join the game server staff team?

We’re always looking for new people to join and help in our staff team here at VLRP Gaming. To become a part of the staff team you are required to meet the staff requirements, which can be found on the staff group and on the website click here to view them. If you meet all of the staff requirements feel free to apply to become a game server staff member by clicking here.

 

Where can I file a game server staff misconduct report?

If you believe a staff member has misconducted themselves on one of our game servers you can file a report which will be reviewed by the community staff managers (or if it is regarding a staff manager it will then be reviewed by a community owner/co-owner). You can file the TeamSpeak staff misconduct report here.

 

Where can I make a complaint on a user of one of our game servers?

If you believe a user on one of our game servers has broken the server rules or our community guidelines you can make a user complaint report which will be reviewed by the community staff managers. You can create the user complaint report here. Doing this will be the quickest way to get the problem resolved.

 

Where can I report a bug found on one of our game servers?

If you have discovered a bug on any of our servers you can report this by clicking here. Reporting the bug will lead to an investigation being carried out by one of the developers who will work on fixing the problem as soon as possible. Please don’t share any game server bugs with anyone other than VLRP Gaming staff.

 

Where can I make a suggestion for one of our game servers?

If you have a suggestion for one of our game servers you can fill out a suggestion form which will be read directly by the community higher staff. We will discuss the suggestion you’ve given us at the next weekly staff meeting and whether we want to make the change(s) you requested or not. To fill out a suggestion form click here.

 

How do I get help with game mechanics?

We have some tutorials and help guides on game mechanics like building as an example, if you need help with these things you can access the tutorials and help guides through the forum or our YouTube channel. We also encourage you to post your own tutorials and/or help guides if you want to help others and support the community.

 

How do I get unbanned from one of the servers?

If you have been banned from any of our servers and you think you have been banned for a reason that isn’t valid or you are generally willing to change your behavior in order to be again welcomed in the community, you can create a ban appeal on the forum or contact the staff member who banned you.

 

Where can I chat with the community?

You can chat with the community in many places, for example our steam group chat room by clicking here. You can also use our TeamSpeak 3 server to chat with other community members by clicking here. You might even prefer to chat with us on Discord than TeamSpeak 3 and you can join us on Discord by clicking here.

 

What does it mean to be a community VIP?
